1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use our Services.

3. Order Placement & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be received in full before processing. Prices and shipping fees are displayed at checkout and may change without notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and code on the Services are owned or licensed by Kidsmarter and protected by law. You may view and print pages for personal use only. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or third‑party rights

• Upload malware or spam
• Interfere with our Services’ security
• Impersonate any person or entity

6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KIDSMARTER AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Burlington County, New Jersey.
