1. Order Processing
• Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding USPS holidays: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) once payment is accepted.
• Cut‑off time for same‑day processing is 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after cut‑off or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

We partner with USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services to deliver your order safely and efficiently.

Delivery estimates are for the continental U.S. only and cannot be guaranteed. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 3–7 days for carriers to scan your package into their system.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
5. Order Tracking
You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. A tracking notification is sent 1–2 days after processing. If tracking isn’t visible, please wait up to 7 days for carrier scan. If your order exceeds its estimated arrival date, contact us for assistance.
6. Incorrect Address Policy
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to sender. Returned packages are disposed of by our shipping partners. Reshipment requires a new shipping fee. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage if you request carrier redirection after dispatch.

Personalized or modified items require additional design time; delivery estimates will adjust accordingly.
