1. Returns Window

You may request a return or exchange for non‑sale items within 180 days of receiving your order.


2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original condition (unwashed, unworn, with all tags attached)
  • Accompanied by your sales receipt or order confirmation

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Sale or clearance merchandise
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Customer errors (e.g., incorrect sizing, spelling mistakes in personalization)

3. Return Shipping Cost

Returns are free of charge for damaged or defective products. All other returns incur no shipping fee ($0.00).


4. How to Initiate a Return

Within 180 days of delivery, contact our support team via our Contact Us page with:

  • Name on the order
  • Order number
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Photos illustrating the problem
  • Preference for a replacement or refund

You will receive an approved return address and next‑step instructions.


5. Returns Procedure

  1. Prepare Your Package: Include the purchase confirmation printout and the item(s) in original condition.
  2. Ship Your Package: Use your preferred carrier and keep the tracking number.
  3. Confirmation & Review: Once we receive your return, we’ll email confirmation and process your request.

6. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
  • Exchanges: Shipped free of charge once the returned item is received and inspected.

7. Incorrect Address Returns

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for returns or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Returned packages sent back to us for this reason will be disposed of; reshipment requires a new shipping fee.
