1. Order Exchanges
• Please verify all order details (size, design, quantity) before checkout — we cannot exchange orders for selection errors.
• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement and place a new order with correct details.
2. Order Cancellations
• Cancellations accepted only within 24 hours of order placement.
• A 10% cancellation fee (based on total order value) applies.
• To cancel, email [email protected] with your order number and cancellation request.
3. Returns & Refund Eligibility
Returns accepted within 180 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- Damaged, broken, or defective products
- Items differing significantly in design, size, material, or description
- Incorrect items received
Ineligible for return/refund:
- Worn, washed, altered items
- Items lacking original tags or packaging
- Minor cosmetic issues (e.g., loose threads)
- Defects not caused by Kidsmarter
4. Refund Claim Requirements
When requesting a refund, please provide:
- Order number and proof of purchase
- Photos showing damage, defect, or discrepancy
- Shipping label or return receipt
- Any related correspondence

- Ship items using a trackable service — customers cover return shipping costs (free for defective/damaged items).

6. Refund Processing Time
• Upon receipt and inspection of your return, refunds (including original shipping charges) are issued within 2 business days.
• Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take 10–15 business days to appear.

• Kidsmarter is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments — please retain tracking until refund confirmation.
