1. Order Exchanges

• Please verify all order details (size, design, quantity) before checkout — we cannot exchange orders for selection errors.
• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement and place a new order with correct details.


2. Order Cancellations

• Cancellations accepted only within 24 hours of order placement.
• A 10% cancellation fee (based on total order value) applies.
• To cancel, email [email protected] with your order number and cancellation request.


3. Returns & Refund Eligibility

Returns accepted within 180 days of delivery for the following reasons:

  • Damaged, broken, or defective products
  • Items differing significantly in design, size, material, or description
  • Incorrect items received

Ineligible for return/refund:

  • Worn, washed, altered items
  • Items lacking original tags or packaging
  • Minor cosmetic issues (e.g., loose threads)
  • Defects not caused by Kidsmarter

4. Refund Claim Requirements

When requesting a refund, please provide:

  • Order number and proof of purchase
  • Photos showing damage, defect, or discrepancy
  • Shipping label or return receipt
  • Any related correspondence

5. Return & Refund Process

  2. We’ll respond within 2–3 business days with return authorization and address.
  3. Ship items using a trackable service — customers cover return shipping costs (free for defective/damaged items).
  4. Email us the tracking number once shipped.

6. Refund Processing Time

• Upon receipt and inspection of your return, refunds (including original shipping charges) are issued within 2 business days.
• Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take 10–15 business days to appear.


7. Important Notes

• Returns must be in original condition and packaging.
• Kidsmarter is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments — please retain tracking until refund confirmation.
• Orders are final after 180 days from delivery.
